The tour package includes the best known temples of Tamil Nadu, which houses numerous splendid temples scattered in and around the state. Day 01: Arrive Chennai (Madras)
Arrive at Chennai Airport/Railway station,meet our representative and transfer to the hotel ,check in to the hotel, Rest of the day free at  leisure, Overnight stay at hotel at Chennai.

Day 02: Chennai - Mahabalipuram (55 kms / 1.30 hrs):
After breakfast check out from hotel,then visit to City tour of Chennai Includes visit to Parathasarathy Temple, Kapleshwar Temple,' Santhome Catherdal Church, The Fort /Museum. Afternoon drive down to Mahabalipuram.

Mahabalipuram: is a tourist destination situated in Tamil Nadu, which has many beautiful places. It is known for its historical monuments, sculptures, scenic beauty, culture and tradition. Mahabalipuram is placed along the Coromandel Coast facing the Bay of Bengal. The name ‘Mahabalipuram’ is derived from a myth. The place was ruled by a very arrogant and cruel king named Mahabali who was later killed by Lord Vishnu and this place is named after that King Mahabali.Mahabalipuram is not only known for its architecture, but also known for its casuarinas trees and silver sand beach. These attractions are an integral part of Mahabalipuram tourism.
Arrive at Mahabalipuram, transfer to hotel, check in to hotel, Rest of the day free at  leisure.Overnight stay at hotel at  Mahabalipuram.
Day 03: Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry (90 kms. - 2 hrs.)
After breakfast check out from hotel,then visit Tour of Mahabalipuram. Visit the Shore Temple, the Five Raths, the Arjuna's Penance and the Tiger Cave. Then proceed to Pondicherry.
Pondicherry: is an amazing destination with a conspicuous disparity of scenic sights and a peaceful environment. The city of Pondicherry prospers on mere traditions and classiness. The destination is not very big and does not cover a total area of more than 492 square kms and it consists of four tiny separate regions naming Pondicherry, Mahe, Karaikal and Yanam. Karaikal and Pondicherry being the largest and are extremely close toTamil Nadu.
It is an ideal destination which takes you away from the chaotic and busy city life. Pondicherry is very popular for an extended coastline, shrines, churches, mosques, lovely monuments and different fairs and festivals. the former French Colony presents an unusual combination of European culture and Indian traditions- Auroville Ashram, located on the outskirts of the city.

Day 04: Pondicherry - Thanjavur (177 kms - 5 hrs):
After breakfast check out from hotel. Then visit to Varadaraja Perumal Temple, Vedapureeswarar Temple and Manakula Vinayagar Temple. Afternoon drive down to Thanjavur via Chidambaram .
Thanjavur: District is the Rice Bowl of Tamil Nadu.  The Big Temple and the other famous temples in the district are known all over the world.   Thanjavur was the cultural capital of the country in 1790. Thanjavur gained prominence during the period of Chola Kings, who made it as their capital.  Thereafter, it was ruled by Nayaks  and Maratta Kings, who nurtured art and culture.
Chidambaram: Chidambaram is an industrial city in eastern part of Tamil Nadu and the taluk headquarters in the Cuddalore district. It is located in 58 km from Pondicherry, 60 km from Karaikal. Chidambaram is also known as Thillai, since the place was originally a forest of the thillai, botanically known as excecaria agallecha shrubs. It is an important pilgrim centre and a holy place for Saivites as the famous Nataraja Temple is located here. The idol of Nataraja is installed in the kanakasabha, the roof of which is covered with gold Plates. The icon is a stunning piece of sculpture that evokes a sense of continuous movement.
Arrive at Thanjavur, transfer to hotel,check in to hotel, Rest of the day free at  leisure. Overnight stay at hotel at Thanjavur.
Day 05: Thanjavur - Trichy – Maduari(192 kms - 6 hrs.):
After breakfast check out from hotel.then visit to Sri Brahadeeshwar temple, the Palace and Art Gallery. Later proceed to Madurai via Trichy situated on the banks of River Cauvery.
Madurai: is Known as Athens of the East , Madurai is a place of great historical and cultural importance. It is the oldest city in Tamil Nadu and Madurai lies on the banks of the River Vaigai. Madurai is one of the liveliest cities in South India it was originally known as Kadambavanam or the " forest of Kadamba " or the Nauclea kadamba . Legend says that Lord Shiva appeared in the dream on the king, Kulasekhara Pandya. The king was amazed to see drops of nectar or madhu falling down of earth from Lord Shiva's matted hair. The "madhu" was so sweet that the place where it fell came to be known as Madhurapuri, which in course of time became "Madurai."

iruchirappalli, also called Tiruchi or Trichy, is a city in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Tiruchirappalli is 325 km from Chennai. in ancient times it was home to the Cholas, the Pallavas and the Pandyas. Rock Fort : Tiruchi's most famed landmark is an 83m high rock which is the only out crop in the otherwise flat land of the City. The most amazing fact about the rock is that it is one of the oldest inthe world - approximately 3,800 million years, which makes it as old as the rocks of green land and older than the Himalayas. Atop the rock is the Uchipillaiyar koil, a temple dedicated to Lord Vingayaka from where one can enjoy a panoramic view of Tiruchi. At light of stops lead to the Mathrubutheswarar of Thaymanaswami temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva where the lingam is a projection of the rock itself. Below the Siva temple there are two pallava cave temples that have beautiful sculptures of the 6th and centuries. At the foot of the Rock fort is a tank and a Pavilion which are used during the float festival of the temples. Near the tank are the home where Robest clive lived when he was in Tiruchy and an 18th Century Christ Church built by Revernd schwartz of Denmark. The home is now past of Thiruchy's famous St.Joseph's College.
Arrive at Madurai,transfer to hotel,check in to hotel. Rest of the day free at  leisure,Overnight stay at hotel at Madurai.
Day 06: Madurai:
After breakfast visit to Sri Meenakshi Temple for which Madurai is synonymous with. Later visit Thirumala's Nayakr Mahal, Gandhi Museum and Thiruparangundram. Later back to hotel, Rest of the day free at  leisure Overnight stay at hotel at Madurai.

Day 07: Madurai – Departure:
After breakfast check out from hotel,then transfer to Railway station/Airport for onward destination.
