Itinerary
|
Day 1:
Arrival Leh by morning flight and transfer to the hotel. After welcome tea/ coffee on arrival, take complete rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3500 mtrs). In the late afternoon drive to the city centre for an orientation walk in the markets, followed by a visit to Shanti Stupa. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 :
After leisurely breakfast visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery & Stok Palace Museum. After lunch at the hotel, visit and Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Point and the ‘Temple of Guardians’ (Gon-khang in Spituk monastery, revered by Hindu devotees as Kali-Mandir,. Dinner & overnight at hotel.
Day 3 :
After breakfast drive to Khardong-La (80 kms round trip), highest motorable pass in the world (alt: 18,380 ft.) and recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. On the drive back from the pass, you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the Indus Valley and the endless peaks of the Zanskar range. Rest of the day free to explore the markets. Dinner & overnight at hotel.
Day 4 :
Early morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home.

Supplementary Costs for additional services:
Cultural Program (about 2 hours): Rs. 6500 per program.
River Rafting Day trip Per Person Rs. 1100/- (on Indus) & Rs.1800/- (on Zanskar).
Professional Tourist Guide Rs. 1000/- Per Day.
Child rates: Rs. 600 per child / per night between 5-11 yrs without extra bed.
Morning Prayer attendance at Thiksey Gompa: Rs.1000/- per car extra.

General Terms & Conditions:
Prices are based on accommodation in standard category rooms at all hotels.
25% advance (Non Refundable) to be deposited for booking of the tour.
Balance 75% to be paid at least 15 DAYS before departure to Leh.
Payments in Leh, if any, shall be cash only.
Children of 12 years and above will be treated as adult person.
These rates shall not apply during any Meetings, Incentive, Conference, trade fair etc.
All bookings and confirmations are subject to availability.
Any increase in the fuel charges or taxes, which may come into effect prior to the departure, will lead to an increase in the Tour price.
