Bayview International Hotels & Resorts, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oriental Holdings was incorporated in Malaysia (Penang) and Singapore in 1993 to oversee operations, marketing and promotion activities for the group of hotels and resorts owned by Kah Motor, Kah Australia and Kah New Zealand, all subsidiaries, of Oriental Holdings and Bayview Hotels Sdn Bhd. Bayview International Hotels & Resorts is headed by Dato' Loh Cheng Yean (Chairman) and Datuk Winston Tan (President).
