Tourist class property, not far from the centre of Cairns, suitable for the budget minded. VU0305 7 storey building, with 2 lifts, built in 1989. Located 2km from the Convention centre, 1km from the heart of Cairns. Cairns is a good base for touring - explore the Great Barrier Reef, Skyrail Kuranda, Tjapukai Aboriginal centre. Palm Cove is only 26km north, and Port Douglas 60km; and for contract - rainforests of Cape Tribulation 150km north. Restaurant will be closed from the 13th-15th December 2005.

Accomodation
Rooms are medium size, have TV with in house movies, mini bar, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Bathrooms have bath with overhead shower.Both are kept clean

Restaurant
Sunnys restaurant, opens breakfast and dinner, on the ground floor, serving international food. Restaurant will be closed from the 13th-15th December 2005.
