Coromandel Peninsula Tours

The Coromandel Peninsula is in the North Island of New Zealand. Stretching about 85 km north of the western end, it is part of the Waikato and Thames-Coromandel District, forming a natural barrier to defend the Hauraki Gulf and Firth of Thames, west of the Pacific Ocean to the east. The entire population of this region along the Hauraki Gulf lies at the widest point. Largest city of Auckland is on the other side of the Hauraki Gulf, 55 kilometers to the west. The peninsula is obviously noticeable from the city with good weather.

There are many attractions to choose from the Coromandel.
Especially on the East Coast, there are many Peninsulas pristine beaches which are absolute must-see once. On the east coast, Cathedral Cove is one of many "must see" attractions on the Coromandel Peninsula. It is accessible only on foot or by boat Reefs due to land of hard rock, cave complexes and underwater arches. Hot Water Beach is also worth visiting in this place.
