Every room at Kluney Manor is furnished with the muted elegance made famous in the early 1800s. Brass/ poster beds await you inside and antique fittings complement them nicely. A fireplace in the corner warms your heart. The Emperor & Empress, King & Queen and Duke & Duchess suites take pride of place in the main building. Off to one side are some lovely cottages where the Prince and Princess and Count & Countess take up their residence. Le'Cluney Hall is where they all come together to dine. After words they move to the lounge overlooking the gardens and contemplate their drinks to the sound of our pianist's compositions.
Not 20 minutes away, and exclusively for our guests, is a 150-acre forest reserve replete with waterfalls and brooks. Guided treks to the reserve and wildlife safaris are not uncommon and can be arranged.

Ooty has found favor with the Gods Nothing else can quite explain its fabulous weather all year round. Even so, the months September - December, March-June are the best times to visit if one is to really enjoy this 'Queen of hill stations.

At 2240m above sea level, the mountains of Ooty are one of the tallest in the country. Grasslands, waterfalls, streams, lakes and a rich assortment of flora and fauna make for a lovely nature experience.
