The hotel has two wings: The Windamere and Little Windamere with 37 rooms in all. The Windamere wing appeals to guests fond of tradition and life style followed in the old Darjeeling city. There are no TVs and telephones in the main house called Ada Villa; and only telephones, by request, in the Annexe. The Little Windamere wing provides all the comforts of modern life in addition to their tradition. The residential houses in this wing, Annandale House, and Observatory House, are provided with TVs and telephones.
