Room:
Of the ten rooms, one is a Grand Suite, five are Grand Deluxe, one is Deluxe, two are Verandah Suites and one is a terrace room. Most rooms have a jhoola (swing) and all have air-conditioning, refrigerator, electrically operated safe, Internet connection, hot-water kettle and multiple telephones. The room size varies from 400 sq.ft to 800 sq.ft. and the tariff ranges from Rs.1999 to Rs. 4,999 per night for single occupancy.
Restaurant:
AGASHIYE:- 'Agashiye' in Gujrati means on the terrace. The restaurant is spread over 8,000 square feet comprises of two huge terraces that are inter- connected by a smaller one that houses a beautiful wooded bungli, a cottage that was earlier used to store mattresses (the occupants slept out in the summer). It is now the air-conditioning portion of the restaurant. At Agashiye, the food is freshly prepared , a lot of it in the terrace kitchen where you can see it. Our attempt is to try and retain the distinct flavors of the ingredients and we use both spices and oil sparingly. The menu at Agashiye, the changes daily and as per season. The cost of lunch is Rs150 and the dinner is Rs.195. Agashiye can also be booked for wedding dinners/lunches as it can accommodate up to 300 people. The restaurant timings are Noon to 3 and 7.30 PM to 11 PM.
THE GREEN HOUSE:- The Green house is a cafe located in a leafy courtyard under pavilion on the ground floor of the building. It serves freshly cooked Indian snacks, fresh fruit juices and home-made ice-creams. The open kitchen in one corner of the courtyard, our food theatre, is where you will see cooks preparing your meal in front of your eyes. The Green House cafe extends into a arched air-conditioned room, that was earlier 'buggy room' of the mansion-horse drawn buggies were in use till the early forties. On the menu you will find a variety of Indian snacks ranging from chaat, batakavada, patra and panaki to small meals comprising of a range of Indian breads and vegetables. Most items are available as 'take away'. The restaurant is open from 11 AM to 11 PM.

The unique feature of this Hotel is that each room contains a catalogue of its signature range of furniture, light fittings, floor coverings and bed linen, including some of the decorative objects. HBM - Lounge is on the ground floor of the mansion. Its comprises of three air-conditioned rooms that open out into a beautiful courtyard, full of plants and fountains allowing the patrons to enjoy the best of both the worlds. The HBM Lounge is designed as a semi -formal yet relaxed meeting place. It also doubles up as a banquet hall. It is ideal for private parties (for up to a hundred people), business conferences (for up to sixty people), product launches and business meetings. It offers the following facilities:
